Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Knitwear Products

a. All our knitwear is Swiss made AZO free hand dyed and hand knitted from 100% pure New Zealand and British wool & cotton.

b. While making every attempt is made to reproduce colours exactly. The hand dying process sometimes produces slight variation in shades.

2. Carpets

a. All our carpets are hand woven from 100% pure new Tibetan wool. All dyes are AZO free Swiss made colour fast.

b. No children are used in any part of the production process. All carpets carry labels as required by our government and international clients.

c. Due to handmade production process there are slight variation in both colour and size. However such differences will only enhance the aesthetic and unique appeal of the final product.

d. Any size of the carpet could be made according to your demand up to 6.5 x 4 metre (21 x 12.5 feet).

e. We can make your own custom design carpets with your colour selection. For this we charge extra depending on the carpet design, please contact us for details.

 

3. Pricing

a. We have not listed any price in our website. Please write to us for prices and further details.

 

4. Payment

a. An advance payment of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation and remaining 50% advance payment is required two weeks before the shipment dispatch date. As per Nepal Government rule proof of 100% advance payment must be presented to the customs authorities before export clearance is granted.

 

5. Shipment

a. All freight from Nepal is by air or land/Sea. Delivery time is approximately two weeks for air and 45 days for land/sea from dispatch date.

b. For Europeans Countries, export license is required for the shipment. Shipment and every other transaction is done through KTS's sister concern company " KUMBESHWAR TRADING CENTRE".
